Today is time to talk about MACARONS!

A few months ago, when I was working at a French Patisserie, I asked one of my colleagues "Which one is your favorite macaron?" He said, Pierre Hermé. After some research I found out that there is two stores in London :)) Also there is in others 11 countries, check the boutique closest to you!

Pierre Hermé is knowing as a "Picasso of Patisserie" and he's store is just amazing.

First is very elegant, the staff take the food with gloves, dressed with fancy uniforms and very polite.

Second the food is very delicate display which makes looks even more beautiful - and delicious!

We went to Pierre Hermé near to Hyde Park at Kensington. The boutique sells macarons, chocolates e a few cakes, all take away.

We choose macarons because I just love this french treat soooo much!

The most amazing thing are .. the flavors! Usually in other places you find chocolate, vanilla and caramel macarons. At Pierre Hermé they combine two or tree flavors in one macaron! And the flavors really came through in one bite!

You can find all the flavors in the website - better if you go to the shop :) - In a total of 13 flavors, you can find like lemon and hazelnut praline, fresh mint and red berries, chocolate and passion fruit.
